- IH International Advisors Ltd., registered in England & Wales with company number 12759669 and VAT registration number GB373531693 having its registered office at Floor 4, 60 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 2NU, United Kingdom (“IHIA UK”); and
- IH International Advisors US, Inc., (Federal ID number 833189429) having its registered office at c/o the Corporation Trust Company, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, New Castel Country, United States of America (“IHIA US”).
No Advice
The contents of the Website have been prepared solely for information purposes. Funds managed by IHIA’s affiliates are not available for investment to members of the general public. In addition, no information on the Website constitutes investment, tax, legal or any other advice and nothing on this Website is intended to constitute an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity in any jurisdiction.
IHIA UK provides investment monitoring and advisory services to its affiliate, Inter Fund Management SA and to no other person.
